I am on day 4 of the lemonade/master cleanse diet.
I was just wondering if anyone has done this diet and how much weight they lost. For some reason I haven’t lost anything yet and I am almost half way done. (10 day cleanse) I am kind of concerned.

I’ve been on it for two days now, my apetite has gone down alot but Im not sure how long it takes to notice the Results/Weightloss ?
