DiETiNG?
Thursday, February 3rd, 2011I started my first diet on Sunday (Tuesday now) & I’ve lost 400grams (0.88pounds)! Im so excited!
I would love to hear about what everyone else out there is doing to lose weight? Wether its worked or not? Why you think it works? How your regulating calories? Your exercise regime? What size you are now? What you want to be? etc etc!

DiETING?
Wednesday, December 1st, 2010people who tried the cabbage soup diet only please!!tommorow is my last day..day number 7 and now i’m scared that i will gain it all back. how do i slowly start eating normally again? is this good?
breakfast: fiber one cereal
lunch: fiber one cereal and a fruit (or i might have a sandwich)
snack: activia with my own fruit put in
dinner: steamed veggies and grilled fish dipped in 1 tbsp (ish) or light mayo
if i eat nicley like this can i keep the weight off? and i’ll have like a few hundred calories a week of junk food for right now. (about 200)
